Training with Spartan Fitness London allowed me to get back to an awesome level of fitness after having a baby, without the dreaded "first day back" fears. Joe is a master in the art of fitness and he makes it fun for everyone who goes to his sessions. He keeps motivation up during and also between sessions and knows when to push you and when to let you catch your breath. Joe's dedication to outdoor fitness and squats in particular has added an extra dimension to my weekly regime. I set Spartan Fitness a mission to help me lose weight before I turned 30. Having previously tried and failed to convince myself that I enjoyed exercise I wasn't confident it would happen but during private 1-1 sessions Joe changed the way I think about exercise. Spartan Fitness London HIIT exercise

Before training with the Spartans I couldn't lift a medicine ball with straight arms and struggled to do more than two push-ups – now I can lift heavier weights and do explosive push-ups. I am a lot stronger and fitter and my recovery rate has also improved dramatically. This has massively helped my speed and endurance and boosted my confidence on the netball court. As a coach Joe keeps my attention throughout the session, always mixing up exercises and I continue to return week on week. – Lucy, Clapham

I started going to Spartan sessions on Monday nights in February 2015 as I had got into a bit of a rut with exercise and heard that it really puts you through your paces. That was true! The extra bonus is that training is outside and not in a stuffy gym. The sessions are always different and really work you hard without being boring. Spartan Fitness makes exercise fun again! Joe is really helpful and works with people of all fitness levels and will make you feel very welcome.
