Spartan Fitness London was founded in 2013 by Joe Clapson to provide an alternative to the style of training offered by gyms and military-style bootcamps. He wanted to create a place where people could get fit without being shouted out, without being judged and without feeling like an outsider.
We make fitness interesting, fun and accessible to everyone and the ethos is simple: train hard, be interested, have fun.
